Here’s everything you need to know about Moniepoint’s Dreamdevs programme

by Chukwudum Ekwueme

If you’re a recent engineering or computer science graduate in Nigeria, come to the front of the class. The Moniepoint Dreamdevs is live! Dreamdevs is an opportunity for talented developers across Nigeria to get hands-on training from leading software engineers and experience building impactful products for millions of people.

Why are we doing this?

Since Moniepoint started, our goal has been to create financial happiness, and we’ve done this with one key tool - technology. This has led to us pioneering the first virtual accounts product in Nigeria, launching the first POS transfer feature in the country, and creating an ecosystem of products that are helping millions of people easily pay businesses and each other.

Many members of our early team, like Emeka, Moniepoint’s first employee and Adrian, SVP of user experience, who are still with us, joined us under two years after leaving school. With the opportunity to apply their skills, they’ve used technology to do meaningful work that’s changed the lives of people they know and many others.

This is the opportunity we’re offering through the Dreamdevs initiative.

Through Dreamdevs, you’ll get to apply your engineering skills to do meaningful work for real people, get hands-on training from leading engineers, get a chance to contribute to Nigeria’s leading payment products and ultimately, an opportunity to intern at Africa’s fastest-growing fintech.

This sounds great. What next?

If this sounds like an excellent opportunity for you or anyone you know, visit dreamdevs.moniepoint.com to see the complete program requirements and apply. We’re looking forward to your application.
